Our Five Event Home Collections offer an extensive selection for every bride and every budget! There are different types of homes and amenities included in each collection, and our Event Coordinator can help find the perfect one for you! All events must be pre-approved. Searching for your perfect wedding or special event home is easy. Surf or Sound Realty‘s Premier Event Home Collections offer something for every bride and every budget. Our Event Homes are grouped into 5 tiered collections that group homes by number of bedrooms and types of amenities.You can search for your home using our vacation home search and selecting "Wedding/Event Home" as a search criteria, or you can browse our homes and look for the pink event home icon and the bullet point amenity to identify wedding event homes, or you can click here to see our Event Home Collections that help you to easily identify the home for you.

Pet Friendly Weddings

We offer pet friendly event homes, with some homes allowing multiple dogs of all sizes. Look for the “dogs allowed” icon to find our dog friendly event homes. Dogs are allowed on Hatteras Island beaches and Fido can easily be a special guest on your special day! Call the Event Coordinator today at 1-800-237-1138 ext. 122 for more information about our selection of pet friendly wedding and event homes.

Getting Married on the Beach in the Cape Hatteras National Seashore

A special permit is required to hold your wedding within the Cape Hatteras National Seashore. This includes all oceanfront beaches and the grounds of the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. The permit costs $100 and takes about 15 days to process, so plan ahead. For more information call 252-473-2111.
